1- Do i need to get cleaning supplies?
We provide some basic supplies with a few exceptions.
We do not provide: vacuum, mop and bucket, toilet brush, broom and mop, but we provide natural cleaning products and environmental supplies.

2- What if i do not have a mop, broom or a picker?
Our maid cleaner will buy one and you will have to pay for it.

3- What if i am not satisfied with the service?
Our maid cleaner will return the next day and reclean it. But, you will have to provide with details the reasons you are not satisfied sending us an e-mail or text..

4- Who will clean my home?
We got a team of professional cleaners in order to provide the best service for you, then you will send us an e-mail or text to rate and review our maid cleaner.

5- Can i be at home during the cleaning?
It depends on you, if you are uncomfortable, you can go out while our maid cleaner does the work, then you return 10 minutes before the work is done.

6- Can i pay with cash of check?
no, you can not. But we accept major credit or debit cards 3 hours before our maid cleaner starts working.

7- How do i make an appointment with you?
by sending us an e-mail or text.

8- Will i have the same person cleaning my home everytime i make an appointment?
if you like the person who cleaned before your home, yes. Or we can send you other maid cleaner sending a message to us.

9- What if something breaks during the job?
It can happens rarely, that is why we have a very professional cleaners working carefully removing fragile items before they start working. On the other hand, we will work with you to find a solution.

10- What if i do not see my question above?
just inform us sending an e-mail or text and then will replay as soon as possible.
